Skilly: Tell us where this all began. What is your history in the music scene?
J. Duke: I would say it got serious in my college days. I eventually had an in house studio and started creating my own tracks. I just catch a vibe and go with it.
What are the best ways to promote yourself as an artist? Any tips you can give us?
I feel the best way is whenever possible. But not with as much of a hassle to people as well. There’s a time and a place for everything and that’s what this industry is about.
What do you ultimately want to become in your career?
I mostly just do it for the love of the music.
What is the hardest thing about being in the music business?
I would say exposure can be a big of a hill for all underground artists and producers. There are ways to get that as well.

Just keep at it and believe.

My inspiration are the people that keep me motivated to do what I do.

Yes because it’s happening every day. Just set your trend.
