How were you able to start your journey in the entertainment business? Where did this all start?
I think it all started when I began to pay attention to the instrumental side of a song rather than just the vocals, and I started to listen to more EDM based music like Dubstep, Chill Trap, and Future House.

What are some of the creative ways you use to promote your music?
I usually promote my music by just posting it on Twitter and Instagram, and my friends have been a HUGE help by supporting me and spreading my music out even further. Promoting my music would be extremely difficult without them fools.XD

What is the greatest challenge you face in today’s entertainment business? How do you overcome them?
I think the greatest challenge I face in today’s entertainment business is getting known and just getting my name out there. I overcome this by working with as much people as I can from all over the world and at my school. I’ve worked with a rapper in South Korea and I’ve joined a collective with a bunch of talented EDM artist from different states. I’ve also joined a few local music groups.

How is the music scene like in your hometown? What do you like about it and what don’t you like?
The music scene in Houston is pretty diverse because you have rappers like Travis Scott who has a different style of rapping compared to most rappers and you have the EDM artist MUST DIE who makes EDM based music such as Future House and Trap.

Where do you think the future of music is going to be? How do you feel artists can be more a part of it?
I think the future of music is going to be based on just hype ass rap songs with no meaning. Upcoming artist can be more a part of it by finding there own style of music rather than just sounding the exact same as everyone else around them.

What advice can you give to other upcoming artists and musicians trying to achieve success?
Advice I can give to upcoming artist is never stop working, and cut the people that doubt you off because there will always be somebody talking shit about you behind your back, but as long as you are making more money than them then you are still winning.

What inspires you to write your next song?
Usually when i hear other people produce cool shit that inspires me to produce cool shit also. Or when I’m feeling something like anger that also inspires me to make music

What are the steps you take to make a song?
The steps I take to make a song is usually just finding the emotion behind it. Like will this song make you want to jump around and dance or will this song make you want to beat the shit out of someone.

What do you think makes a great song?
I think what makes a great song is its effect on the person that is listening to it and the meaning behind it. The fact that a two or three minute song can have an effect on your life and change the way you think is what makes a song great. 🙂
