Tell us where this all began. What is your history in the music scene?
I Have been a poet for a long time since I was a kid, but it was always to express myself. It began to develop as I got older and it still is today, especially now since I’m actually DOING MUSIC now and not just doing Capella poetry. I have been in the music scene for only a year now the very first song I made is on SoundCloud and YouTube tilted E.S.P.

What are the best ways to promote yourself as an artist? Any tips you can give us?
I feel like one of the best ways to promote yourself is actually promoting YOURSELF. Get involved in the music scene with people you want to be promoters bookers etc. Make people see you also need to have a presence online how to stand out online? Still figuring that out for myself. If you make what’s trending it will be easier for you, but people like me that are straying from the trends it takes a lot more work, but can work you just need to be SEEN so people can see your uniqueness. Main thing overall would be consistency ALL AROUND in everything you do. Follow me and I’ll keep you updated on the journey.

What do you ultimately want to become in your career?
Honestly? I aspire to be a Hip-Hop Legend I want to be one of if not the best lyricist I want an award for best lyricist of the year and at least two platinum albums. Not only that I really want to release some books. A much more!

What is the hardest thing about being in the music business?
For me the hardest thing about being in the music business besides getting heard, so people can see the difference and stand out because a lot of people make music. So when people here I make music they think it’s all the same. But really they have no idea and never will unless they listen.. But what’s even harder than that? What’s harder than that is balanced out life with the passing of a dream as big as this. No matter what, never get discouraged use it all as fuel to keep going and keep writing and working. Stay consistent.

What is it like in your city? What is the music scene like, and how is it like living there overall?
I live in Sacramento, California my city isn’t all peaches and cream. I want to say its like have lived in an area like this will know.. The music scene is really almost a reflection of that lifestyle. Even mine is but my mental state and my perception of life, not to mention my infatuation with lyricism makes all the difference. I’m From the same hood and of course city as our first rapper from Sacramento to make it as far as he is going you guys know him as “MOZZY” but he won’t be the last! And neither will I. If you have seen his interviews he has said we are the most hated hoods in the city and that’s not a lie its very true

What are some of the advice you can give and share with other artists who are still trying to come up?
The biggest thing I could be to never give up stay consistent and know WHY you do what you’re doing. Shallow reasons like money and fame are not enough to fuel you. The network makes connections and always look to grow.

What is the best thing that’s ever happened in your career?
My Career is still going every day I’m still at the start of it. Even so, I think the best thing that has happened so far would have to be how I see my self-growing as an artist also how people respond to me when I’m on and off stage the real interaction of people feeling my music.

What is your inspiration?
My inspiration is the gift given to.

Do you feel anyone can be successful now in today’s world of music?
I honestly feel like anyone following trends can make it pretty easily just making what the masses want to hear. Even then, you still must be consistent and you will only go so far if you take that route.

Where can we find you on social media?
