“My biggest inspiration would have to be myself because I push myself to become better every day.”
Check out the interview with Nathaniel exclusively on Skilly Magazine Online.
Skilly: Where did this all start? Tell us about your journey in the entertainment business.
Nathaniel: I started singing when I was in college. It was more of a hidden talent that became a hobby and is now an obsession.
What would be your biggest piece of advice for the young kids out there trying to do what you do?
Don’t expect everything to come at once. It’s art, all that matters is that you continue to push yourself.
What are some of the hardest challenges and tasks in your position?
Trying to get noticed and putting my talent out there.
We all know the entertainment business is very tough, but what do you find is the best way to promote and advertise your music?
Tell us about your city. How are the artists and the fans?
I’m from a small town called Immokalee. The artists are pretty good and the fans are very supportive.
Where do you see yourself a year from today?
Performing on big stages and doing songs with big names.
Who and what were your biggest inspirations? Who do you look up to in today’s world?
My biggest inspiration would have to be myself because I push myself to become better every day. Someone I look up to would have to be Kevin Gates because of his faith in God and the respect he shows his wife as well as his great music.
How do you feel about the music coming out today? Do you like it?
The music coming out today is highlighting beats more than lyrics.
