Birdman gets hit with yet another lawsuit.
An ex-employee named Javier Nuno is suing Birdman for allegedly not paying him his salary for more than two years, reports The Jasmine Brand.
In the lawsuit, he claims he worked more than 70 hours a week, out of the Cash Money Records CEO’s house in Florida from September 2012 to February 2015, during which he was supposed to be paid a salary of $1,000 per week given in the form of a monthly $4,000 payment.
However, Nuno claims he was never paid. He says he’s owed $129,000 for his regular schedule of 40 hours per week, as well as an additional $48,375 in overtime pay.
He’s seeking damages of $354,750.
The lawsuit is the latest in a long list of lawsuit brought forth against Birdman and Cash Money Records.
